HOW WE DELIVER
Jen Sheringham is a Doctor of Organizational Leadership. Similar to medical doctors assessing, diagnosing, and prescribing solutions to human patients, Dr. Sheringham assesses, diagnoses, and prescribes solutions to improve the health and functions of an organization. Utilizing a mixed-method design combining qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization, then utilizing sequential analysis, quantitative data is collected and analyzed, followed by the collection and analysis of qualitative data. Findings from each analysis phase are then integrated to provide a more complete understanding to identify areas for improvement and development. Finally, prescribing tailored strategies and interventions to enhance the organization’s overall health and performance.
Quantitive Data

Quantitative Analysis includes reviewing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (SWOT), key performance indicators (KPIs), and results from cultural climate assessment (CCA).

SWOT Analysis Framework is utilized to assess internal factors to help identify areas of competitive advantage, areas for improvement, potential growth opportunities, and external factors that may pose risks or challenges.

KPIs assessments are based on performance, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
