One-on-One Coaching
Compass Rose offers two signature One-on-One Coaching Packages, The Pivot Plan and the Resiliency Roadmap. We consider this our white glove service. Each package includes the Energy Leadership Assessment Index.
Energy Leadership Index ™ Assessment.
The Energy Leadership Index ™ Assessment is listed in Forbes Magazine as one of the top 10 assessments. The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that provides leaders with multiple lenses of self-awareness. It is a proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that measures how a person views the world and approaches work and life. The assessment is a seventy-question web-based 5-point Likert scale survey. The survey enables individuals to explore and self-assess their beliefs, perspectives, emotional reactions, and behavioral patterns in both ideal and stressful situations. After completing the ELI assessment, a report is generated. You will schedule a 90-minute one-on-one session, during which a coach will debrief you on your report results. During the debrief, the coach will introduce you to the Core Energy Framework, which encompasses anabolic energy, allowing you to become aware of more opportunities and choices, and gain greater access to creativity, intuition, cooperation, acceptance, and profound wisdom.
