The 20-20 Challenge

This challenge is for participants who have mastered the basics and are ready to increase their endurance, stability, and muscle tone while deepening their spiritual practice.

20 Days, 20 Minutes.

Ready to advance, we are adding planks, lunges, and hardcore abs, along with light strength work and modified pushups.

Physical Goal is to work on stability & endurance. Increasing the duration of holds and the complexity of exercises. Introduces more strength-focused gymnastics conditioning elements and intermediate balance poses.

Spiritual Goal is to focus on growth & endurance. Introduces a new weekly theme with corresponding scripture (e.g., Faith, Love, Power, Strength). Focuses on enduring through challenge and experiencing God’s strength as the duration increases.
