This challenge is for participants who have mastered the basics and are ready to increase their endurance, stability, and muscle tone while deepening their spiritual practice.​

Ready to advance, we are adding planks, lunges, and hardcore abs, along with light strength work and modified pushups.

Physical Goal is to work on stability & endurance. Increasing the duration of holds and the complexity of exercises. Introduces more strength-focused gymnastics conditioning elements and intermediate balance poses.

Spiritual Goal is to focus on growth & endurance. Introduces a new weekly theme with corresponding scripture (e.g., Faith, Love, Power, Strength). Focuses on enduring through challenge and experiencing God’s strength as the duration increases.​
