The Chaos Mastery Curriculum
Mastering mid-life chaos isn’t about a "one size fits all" solution. It is a surgical approach to pinpointing exactly where your systems are breaking down and providing the tools to fix them.
Phase 1-The Discovery (The C2 Quotient)
Your journey begins with the C2 Quotient Psychometric Assessment. This diagnostic tool looks under the hood of your current reality.

STEP TWO: Jen will personally map your results and analyze your specific chaos-response patterns. You will then receive a link to schedule your initial 90-minute 1-on-1 Debrief. Phase 2: The Deep Dive (The 90-Minute Debrief)
During this intensive session, we pull back the curtain on your data. We will identify which of the 19 core competencies are your "Power Pillars" and which ones are currently leaking energy and causing chaos.

Phase 3: The Curriculum (The Chaos Mastery Series)
Based on your debrief, you aren't required to take every class—only the ones you actually need. You will choose from the 19 Competency Modules to shore up your specific areas for improvement.

Once you have completed your chosen courses, we close the loop. You will schedule your final 90-minute Coaching Session.
